  • null

    Pulse-Activate the DUT

An output trigger pulse-activates the device under test and synchronizes image acquisition to its on/off states.

  • null

    Capture Reflectivity Changes

Temperature changes between on/off states create reflectivity changes at the device surface, captured by the CCD camera.

  • null

    Generate Calibrated Temperature Map

Pixel-by-pixel calibration processes the captured data into a precise, accurate temperature map ready for analysis.
