When you send a device to us for analysis, it is handled by the same engineers who design and support our instrument systems. Your device stays in our lab for the duration of the analysis — no handoffs, no third-party operators — and results are delivered with the full depth of our application expertise behind them.
Both services are available on a contract basis with turnaround and pricing determined by your specific requirements. A request form is provided for each service to help our engineers understand your device, goals, and operating conditions before analysis begins.
Our Test Services
QFI’s applications engineers perform contract analysis in our Vista, California lab using the same QuantumScope™ and InfraScope™ systems available for purchase. Each service includes a request form to help us prepare for your specific device and analysis goals.
Thermal Analysis Services
Our InfraScope™ thermal analysis platform delivers non-contact hot spot localization, steady-state and transient temperature measurement, and calibrated 2D temperature mapping for operating semiconductor devices.

QFI offers live online instrument demonstrations for engineers who want to evaluate system capabilities before committing to a purchase or a test services engagement.
Using a video camera linked directly to the instrument laptop, our applications engineers walk you through real system operation — moving across samples, demonstrating analysis workflows, and answering your questions as they come up. It’s as close as you can get to a hands-on evaluation without being in the room.
A full combined InfraScope™ and QuantumScope™ demonstration runs approximately 2.5 hours. Single-system demos are also available.
