Thermal Stages Built for Your Application
Every failure analysis or temperature mapping session starts with getting the device under test properly seated, biased, and thermally controlled. Our thermal stages provide that foundation — delivering stable, repeatable temperature control across a range of sizes and power levels, from small single-die setups to large board- and wafer-level applications. Below is an overview of our standard thermal stage lineup. If your application calls for something outside these standard configurations, get in touch — we regularly design custom stages to match unique requirements.

8″ Hi-Power Thermal Stage
Higher power dissipation
Built on the same footprint as our 8″ standard stage, with a significantly thicker Teflon® outer ring to support higher-power devices during test.

Large-format / 500 mm platform
Our largest thermal stage, built for large-board and full-panel applications that call for extensive temperature-controlled surface area.
